This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for PinFlow subscriptions and how to request one. By subscribing to a paid PinFlow plan, you accept this policy.
Subscription billing
PinFlow subscriptions are billed in advance on monthly or annual cycles, depending on the plan selected during checkout.
Refund eligibility
- You can request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge.
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after a billing period starts.
- Partial period usage is not eligible for prorated refunds.
Trials and plan changes
- Free access and trial usage do not include refunds.
- Upgrades are applied after payment confirmation.
- Downgrades and cancellations stop future renewals only.
